«In the next few decades, climate change can lead to a decrease in strength properties of permafrost; as a consequence it will cause problems that require immediate and comprehensive study because they put ecological safety of the Far North in jeopardy. That is why it is so important prepare competent professionals in this field of research. Program CORELIS is an excellent example of such a preparation. Having entered this master’s program I plan to contribute to the preservation of the ecological balance of the planet earth.
